I pray that I will land on the right side of the bed in the morning. That when I pour my coffee, my glass will be half full. Or flowing over even. I have pies, bread pudding, cranberry sauce and a sweet potato casserole to prepare, so I must draw my much needed juice from a well that is reliable. And so, I want to give a cranky, weary shout out to Jesus. And be grateful that on my snarkiest of days, that He loves me and sees me as sweet and kind and good. Self-serving, impatient wretch should=badness. But instead, I get to be a treasure. What a concept.
How about you? What are you grateful for this Thanksgiving holiday?

Thanks for being real. I loathe days like this and unfortunately don't always go to Jesus as quickly as you did. I need to be reminded I am His treasure. Incredible concept. I'm thankful for people in my life who speak truth and give me grace when I know I don't deserve it. I'm thankful for a Savior who takes me just as I am.
i'm thankful that i can call you my friend. and i'm thankful that we are delighted in...not because we are always delightful. what an amazing result of Jesus' sacrifice.
and i love that you use the word snarky ALL the time. it's my fav.
